Here are some panels containing the impish character known as UMOOKU.
A panel may cut, pasted, replicated and edited at will using the paint package. A template may be edited and made into a panel. That's kinda the idea.
Normally a panel starts off life as a 440x440 pixel .BMP file which is saved to web format as a 220x220 .JPEG (jpg) or as our America cousins like to called them, stuffed files. So I go from hi-res to webby low-res always filtering downwards unless I'm drunk or confused. This is an aspect of the web that is un-attractive to high-res hi-fi folks but what are yer gunna do? Nothing, That's what I'm gunna do, until of course the full blown Hollywood version of MOOKEMON gets made. Paul Cox, where are you?
