THE MAD TIMES or whatever you want to call it is The Webmaster's vision of what a newspaper should be like. He was inspired by MAD MAGAZINE, the tabloid press (too hard to read a broadsheet on the bus) and his own brain. He is arrogant enough to believe that his reportage method is superior to rival publications.
