sub

The Mooks have reactivated their World Music Domination program, bigger than ever before.

intro

The Mooks have vowed to complete album 3.5 despite the minor setback of their bass player lopping orf orf the end of a digit while harvesting spinach. A fine crop it was.

Don't be so f**g stupid George, it's a f**g chuck wagon!

No WMDs here, just beans and a fried egg.

HOBART, TASMANIA: The Mooks have pressed ahead with plans to record album version 3.5 despite the shortening of a band member's digit in a freak gardening accident.

"He'll do it, and he'll do it with a smile on his face!", was the new bottom line delivered by an anonymous MookInc board member today. "The Mook's quest to become the world's biggest band without leaving their lounge rooms continues unabated", local papers said. In a rare public appearance, band spokesperson, UMOOKU, claimed that new product would be available by the end of the year ready for a possible appearance at The Harvest Festival early 2005.

Rumored tracks Big Gay World ,THe Geek ,I signed a Heartbeat ,Up all Night ,Transistor Town ,Half Way to Mars and Memoir of a drunk would be familiar to those lucky enough to attend The Mooks last public outing

On the cash front, rumor has it that the Mooks recent art's grant proposal was rejected on the grounds that the Mooks were too far up the ladder. 'Not so", said a clearly upset band member, 'you take one step and you miss the whole first rung'. As a consequence any punter who is willing to make a substantial cash donation to the cause may get a leg in at the next gig.

In an unrelated but equally disturbing story, the supposedly slow dim witted president of The U.S.A., George W. Bush, stole the march on the alleged witty and urbane Mooks yesterday by starting a new trend of tasteless WMD jokes.
